▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Surface heating element (100) comprises pulp (11) made by heating and decomposing chemical pulp and heat-treatment mechanical pulp in a decomposer. A carbon fiber (12) is mixed with the pulp and made of polyacrylonitrile-based, pitch-based, rayon-based, and fibrous co-carbon-containing material. The graphene (13) coated on the carbon fibers is mixed with the pulp to uniformly distribute the density of multiple carbon fibers to improve electrical conductivity and heat generation. The metal electrode (20) is attached to one or both sides of both edges of the graphene carbon fiber heating paper. An insulating coating layer (30) is made of synthetic rubber and silicon by pressing on the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene carbon fiber heating paper to which the metal electrode is attached. USE - Surface heating element. ADVANTAGE - The surface heating element can be mixed and connected to the pulp so that the heat source can be uniformly distributed and connected, and has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the planar heating element using graphene carbon fiber heating paper.
