NOVELTY - Preparing shape memory polymer composite material with electromagnetic shielding function comprises (1) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to form uniform dispersion, adjusting the pH to 4-5, dissolving the silane coupling agent in ethanol, adding it to the above dispersion to carry out the coupling reaction, cooling after the reaction is completed, centrifuging and washing to remove the unreacted coupling agent, freeze-drying, and obtaining chemically modified graphene oxide, and (2) melting extrusion blending of 0.5-5 pts. wt. chemically modified graphene oxide, 5-20 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 0.5-3 pts. wt. antioxidant and 75-95 pts. wt. resin, forming by hot pressing, and irradiating the sample with electron beam. USE - The method is useful for preparing shape memory polymer composite material with electromagnetic shielding function. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent electromagnetic shielding performance, excellent shape memory performance and aging resistance performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for shape memory polymer composite material with electromagnetic shielding function prepared by the above preparation method.
