NOVELTY - Preparing electric field-assisted cold spraying graphene-based coating involves putting the atomized iron powder and the steel ball into a ball milling tank at a mass ratio of 1:10, filling with absolute ethanol and wet milling at a speed of 200-400 revolutions/minute for 5 hours to form flake metal powder. The graphene oxide powder and dispersant are added to the ball mill tank according to mass ratio of graphene oxide powder and dispersant is 20:1, wet milling, and then dried in a vacuum drying oven at 80 degrees C, and obtained uniformly dispersed metal-modified graphene oxide powder. The dispersant is a surfactant containing conjugated bonds, which is sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate or sodium polystyrene sulfonate. The graphene powder is put in a water-soluble polyurethane solution, and stirred the obtained mixed solution. A current of 50-400 milliampere/cm2 is applied to mixed solution, and heated and evaporated in an oil bath at 80-100 degrees C until a suspension is obtained. USE - Method for preparing electric field-assisted cold spraying graphene-based coating. ADVANTAGE - The method has the advantages of being easy to disperse and not easy to agglomerate.
