▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - System comprises a pulse sequence femtosecond laser system comprising a femtosecond laser, an electronically controlled shutter, a pulse shaper, a translation stage, and a charge-coupled element are connected to a computer through a signal line and controlled by the computer. A common optical axis of the femtosecond laser, the attenuating sheet, the diaphragm and the electronically controlled shutter are set on the same optical axis. The femtosecond laser generated by the femtosecond laser passes through the attenuator to adjust the laser power. A time-domain waveform of a femtosecond laser modulated by a pulse shaper is an equal-intensity multi-pulse sequence or a decreasing multi-pulse sequence. The graphene oxide sample is fixed on the translation stage, the other side of the dichroic mirror is an observation system comprises a convex lens and a charge-coupled element, and the graphene oxide sample is observed in real time during the graphene oxide reduction process. USE - The system is useful for reducing graphene oxide by femtosecond laser pulse sequence (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The system: has high processing accuracy, high energy efficiency, high degree of reduction of graphene oxide; and provides feasible method for the preparation of graphene oxide-based carbon-based micro/nano devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - System comprises a pulse sequence femtosecond laser system comprising a femtosecond laser, an electronically controlled shutter, a pulse shaper, a translation stage, and a charge-coupled element are connected to a computer through a signal line and controlled by the computer. A common optical axis of the femtosecond laser, the attenuating sheet, the diaphragm and the electronically controlled shutter are set on the same optical axis. The femtosecond laser generated by the femtosecond laser passes through the attenuator to adjust the laser power, then adjusts the femtosecond laser spot diameter through the diaphragm, and controls the shutter into the pulse shaper entrance. A time-domain waveform of a femtosecond laser modulated by a pulse shaper is an equal-intensity multi-pulse sequence or a decreasing multi-pulse sequence. An equal intensity multi-pulse sequence femtosecond laser is emitted from the pulse shaper exit, reflections on one side of the mirror and dichroic mirror, and the focusing of the focusing objective lens reaches the surface of the graphene oxide sample to ensures the reduction of the graphene oxide sample. The graphene oxide sample is fixed on the translation stage, the other side of the dichroic mirror is an observation system comprises a convex lens and a charge-coupled element, and the graphene oxide sample is observed in real time during the graphene oxide reduction process. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the system for reducing graphene oxide by femtosecond laser pulse sequence.
