▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanosensor comprises a graphene, and manganese 2+ ion (Mn2+) and hybrid chain reaction (HCR) hairpin recognition probes loaded on graphene. USE - The nanosensor is useful for detecting B.thuringiensis transgene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanosensor detects B.thuringiensis transgene in a simple, enzyme-free and highly sensitive manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using the nanosensor for detecting Bacillus thuringiensis transgene, which involves mixing the nanosensor with different concentrations of B.thuringiensis genes, incubating at 37°C for 30 minutes, performing fluorescence detection, and establishing a standard curve of fluorescence intensity and B.thuringiensis gene concentration to realize the detection of B.thuringiensis gene concentration.
