NOVELTY - Dry mortar comprises 25-35 pts. wt. desulfurization gypsum, 8-10 pts. wt. cement, 65-75 pts. wt. aggregate, 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-4 pts. wt. heavy calcium powder, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. composite additive, 0.04-0.08 pts. wt. absorbent, and 0.08-0.16 pts. wt. enhancer. The composite additive is obtained by mixing calcium carbide, 8-hydroxyquinoline and sodium sulfate at weight ratio of (2-4):1:(7-9). USE - Dry mortar. ADVANTAGE - The dry mortar has stable structure and increase activity. It has enhanced impermeability, crack resistance, abrasion resistance and dry shrinkage, thus meeting application standards. It has good resistance to acid and alkali, and can easily achieve large-scale production and expand use of dry-mixed mortar.
