NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene oxide, comprises preparing a dispersion of graphite oxide, where the vortex is generated during the dispersion of graphite oxide, and removing the graphite oxide from the dispersion of graphite oxide, and then performing an oxidation of graphite oxide to graphene. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method allows rapid and economical manufacture of the graphene oxide with high yield of 95%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene oxide produced by the method.
