NOVELTY - Ecological bed filler comprises 60-84 pts. wt. zeolite, 40-50 pts. wt. albite, 30-38 pts. wt. dolomite, 15-21 pts. wt. phosphate rock powder, 22-28 pts. wt. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose compound 76-96 pts. wt. carbon-loaded biochar solution. The sodium carboxymethyl cellulose compound is prepared by adding N-methylpyrrolidone to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, stirring in water bath at 50-60degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours, adding xanthan gum and epichlorohydrin, reacting at 200-300 revolutions/minute for 1-2 hours, and drying, where the mass ratio of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, N-methylpyrrolidone, xanthan gum and epichlorohydrin is 1:2-3:1:2-4. The carbon-loaded biochar solution is prepared by adding graphene oxide to carbonized pine sawdust, grinding for 30-40 minutes, adding polyethylene glycol and ultrasonically treating at 400-600 W for 50-60 minutes, where mass ratio of carbonized pine sawdust, graphene oxide and polyethylene glycol is 2-3:1-2:3-5. USE - The ecological bed filler is useful for sewage treatment. ADVANTAGE - The ecological bed filler can quickly realize that the discharged water after sewage treatment meets the requirements of Class A standard, has high treatment efficiency, simple operation, and is economical and easy to popularize and apply on a large scale. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing ecological bed filler, comprising (i) stirring and mixing albite and dolomite, granulating, roasting at 300-400degrees Celsius for 2-3 hours, cooling, adding sodium carboxymethyl cellulose complex and carbon-laoded biochar solution, stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and carrying out ball milling for 6-12 hours to obtain porous viscous mixture, (ii) crushing phosphate rock powder and zeolite, passing through 350-400 meshes sieve, and drying at 80-90degrees Celsius for 4-6 hours to obtain a dried product, and (iii) cutting the porous viscous mixture at 3000-6000 revolutions/minute for 40-60 minutes, adding the dried material, continuously cutting at 3000-6000 revolutions/minute for 80-90 minutes, cultivating, granulating and freeze-drying.
