NOVELTY - Oxidized graphene type solid-phase extraction monolithic column comprises stainless steel tube, which is formed by in-situ polymerization. The monolithic column is oxidized graphene and ethylene glycol methacrylate polymer. USE - Oxidized graphene type solid-phase extraction monolithic column for online solid phase extraction purification of veterinary drug residues in food of animal source (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The oxidized graphene type solid-phase extraction monolithic column has large area, and is stable and produced in simple manner, and purifies veterinary drug residues from food rapidly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing oxidized graphene type solid-phase extraction monolithic column, which involves: (A) mixing 0.6-1.8mg oxidized graphite monomer with 1200-2100 mu l mixed porogen i.e. 1,4-butanediol and PEG-400, 650-750 mu l cross-linking agent i.e. ethylene glycol methacrylate, 1.0 mg initiator i.e. azobisisobutyronitrile in centrifuge tube; (B) subjecting obtained mixture to ultrasonic-disruption; (C) pouring obtained mixture in one end sealed stainless steel tube; (D) sealing stainless steel for other end; (E) subjecting obtained mixture to polymerization reaction at 55-65 degrees C in water bath for 24-36 hours; (F) connecting tube with high pressure pump; and (G) washing tube with methanol to remove porogen and unreacted monomers to obtain oxidized graphene type solid-phase extraction monolithic column.
