NOVELTY - A thick-layer cement-based self-leveling mortar comprises 80-100 pts. wt. sulfoaluminate cement, 100-200 pts. wt. ordinary Portland cement, 100-150 pts. wt. fine sand, 2-3 pts. wt. water-reducing agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoamer, 5-8 pts. wt. redispersible latex powder, 1-2 pts. wt. expanding agent, and 80-120 pts. wt. functional filler. The functional filler is a core-shell structure fiber material whose core layer material is graphene-modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber, and shell layer material is polyacrylonitrile fiber reinforced by nano-titanium oxide. USE - Thick-layer cement-based self-leveling mortar used in construction of large market, school, residence, parking lot and ocean dock.
