NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-zinc oxide complex involves preparing dispersion solution by dispersing reduced graphene in solvent, seeding the resultant product by adding zinc oxide precursor (z1) to dispersion solution, adding zinc oxide precursor (z2) and tetramine, and growing zinc oxide on surface of graphene. USE - Manufacture of graphene-zinc oxide complex used in manufacture of piezoelectric element e.g. energy harvester (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene-zinc oxide complex having excellent electrical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of piezoelectric element.
