▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for biosynthesis of gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material involves (a) culturing dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria, (b) preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide using graphene oxide as graphene synthesis precursor, and (c) mixing the aqueous solution of graphene oxide and solution containing gold(III) chloride with culture product of dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria of logarithmic growth phase, and reacting at 25-35 degrees C and 250 revolutions/minute for 24-72 hours. USE - The method is useful for biosynthesis of gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to synthesize product simply, rapidly and cost-effectively, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for biosynthesis of gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material involves (a) culturing dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria which is used as microbial strain for biosynthesis of gold nanoparticle-graphene composite material, (b) preparing aqueous solution of graphene oxide using graphene oxide as graphene synthesis precursor, and (c) mixing the aqueous solution of graphene oxide and solution containing gold(III) chloride with culture product of dissimilatory metal-reducing bacteria of logarithmic growth phase, and reacting at 25-35 degrees C and 250 revolutions/minute for 24-72 hours, where the concentration of the graphene oxide is 0.1-0.3 g/l, and the concentration of the gold(III) chloride is 0.5-1.5 mmol/l.
