▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium-ion carbon cathode material by using organophosphorus modified graphene oxide surface method comprises (a) dispersing 300-500 mg graphene oxide prepared by the improved Hummers method in 30-50 ml tetrahydrofuran, ultrasonically oscillating, adding 150-200 µl thionyl chloride, refluxing at 45-50℃ for 1-3 hours, quickly filtering, washing with tetrahydrofuran to obtain a solid sample, (b) re-dispersing the solid sample in tetrahydrofuran, adding the mixture of triethylamine and triethyl phosphite in a molar ratio of 10-18 times the amount of the total substance of graphene oxide carboxy and hydroxy groups, reacting at 45-50℃ for 4-6 hours and (c) filtering, washing with tetrahydrofuran and drying at 80-120℃ under normal pressure for 10-14 hours to obtain phosphorus-modified graphene prepared by adding 10-18 times the molar ratio of reactants. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium ion carbon cathode material by using organophosphorus modified graphene oxide surface method. ADVANTAGE - The method carries out surface modification by introducing phosphorus atoms in one step, so that the organic phosphorus source can be firmly modified on the surface of graphene oxide material and improves the electrochemical performance of the material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart of the preparation method of phosphorus-modified graphene (Drawing includes non-English language text).
