NOVELTY - A preparation method of nano-graphene anion coating, involves (1) selecting natural crystalline flake graphite powder or expanded graphite powder, drying to remove moisture, increasing the fluffy degree of graphite powder, and drying, (2) adding dried graphite powder and organic solvent to adhesive to obtain a premix, putting the premix into a grinder, and grinding to obtain a mixture containing pre-stripped graphite powder, and filtering the mixture in the organic solvent to obtain pre-stripped graphite powder, ultrasonically-treating the pre-stripped graphite powder, washing, filtering, and drying to obtain nano-graphene micro sheet, and (3) adding deionized water, ethylene glycol, graphene, hexacyclic stone powder, tourmaline powder, rare earth oxide, dispersing agent, defoaming agent, and thickening agent to a stirrer, dispersing, adding epoxy resin, hydroxyethyl cellulose, modified high-molecular film-forming material, slowly stirring, and discharging. USE - Preparation method of nano-graphene anion coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of nano-graphene anion coating with high hardness, strong adhesion, excellengt anti-corrosion effect, and improved performance. The use of hexacyclic stone powder, tourmaline stone and rare earth oxide can release the negative ions of mineral materials, with the increase in the amount of addition, the hardness, release of negative ions, anti-electromagnetic radiation, anti-bacterial effect and formaldehyde removal performance increase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A preparation method of nano-graphene anion coating, involves (1) selecting natural crystalline flake graphite powder or expanded graphite powder with a particle diameter of 50-800 mesh as raw material, drying to remove moisture, increasing the fluffy degree of graphite powder, and drying at 60-80 degrees C for 12-24 hours, (2) adding dried graphite powder and organic solvent to adhesive to obtain a premix, putting the premix into a grinder, and grinding to obtain a mixture containing pre-stripped graphite powder, and filtering the mixture in the organic solvent to obtain pre-stripped graphite powder, putting the pre-stripped graphite powder into an ultrasonic instrument for ultrasonic treatment, washing, filtering, and drying to obtain nano-graphene micro sheet, and (3) adding 30 pts. wt. deionized water, 8 pts. wt. ethylene glycol, 4 pts. wt. graphene, 10 pts. wt. hexacyclic stone powder, 30 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 1 pt. wt. rare earth oxide, 3 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 3 pts. wt. defoaming agent, and 2 pts. wt. thickening agent to a stirrer, dispersing at high speed for 30 minutes, adding 30 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 12 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl cellulose, 5 pts. wt. modified high-molecular film-forming material, slowly stirring for 30 minutes, and discharging.
