NOVELTY - Preparing high-quality graphene fibers by high-energy microwave irradiation involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide powder in an organic solvent to form a graphene oxide precursor solution with a concentration of 1-20 mg/ml, adding a binder to prepared graphene oxide precursor, and using electromagnetic stirring to prepare a graphene oxide spinning solution, spinning the graphene oxide spinning solution into a film with single or multiple layers of graphene oxide fibers, and then cooling and drying the film. The graphene oxide fiber film is put in an inert gas environment, and used a muffle furnace for high temperature treatment. The graphene oxide fiber is put, after the high temperature treatment into an inert gas environment, and use high-energy microwave to irradiate it for 1-600 seconds to obtain a completely reduced high-quality graphene fiber.
