NOVELTY - A graphene-like carbon material and hydrogen peroxide are reacted, and a hydroxyl group is introduced into the graphene-like carbon material, to obtain modified graphene-like carbon material. USE - Manufacture of modified-graphene-like carbon material used for resin compound material (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified-graphene-like carbon material is efficiently manufactured with excellent electroconductivity and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) modified graphene-like carbon material; and (2) resin compound material.
