NOVELTY - A flame-retardant graphene extruded foaming plate comprises 9-50 wt.% graphene composite flame retardant and 50-91 wt.% polystyrene particles. USE - Flame-retardant graphene extruded foaming plate. ADVANTAGE - The foaming plate reaches flame retardant B1 level, is waterproof and compressive, and has good tensile and anti-bending effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of foaming plate comprising putting graphene composite flame retardant and polystyrene particles into a high-speed mixer and mixing for 10-80 seconds under normal temperature and pressure; ad to a single-screw or twin-screw extrusion foaming machine and injecting 3-6 wt.% foaming agent for foaming treatment; and pressing into foam board with a thickness of 10-80 mm and forming by a pair of rollers.
