NOVELTY - A preparation of lithium-ion transition metal oxide cathode material with industrial production waste, involves (1) mechanically pulverizing the industrial waste containing valuable metals, then washing with clean water to remove soluble substances, and then dewatering and drying through drying equipment to obtain dry waste particles, (2) mixing the above-mentioned waste particles with reducing agent and acid-base regulator to form a mixture, feeding oxygen into the combustion equipment for high-temperature roasting, reducing the valuable metal components therein, and recovering the product, grinding the recovered product, cleaning, filtering and drying, and then introducing the dried material into oxygen for secondary roasting at a high temperature to obtain a metal oxide containing a valence metal, (3) preparing the recovered metal oxide into metal oxide particles by high-energy ball milling, and mixing with a carbon material in a certain proportion. USE - Preparation of lithium-ion transition metal oxide cathode material with industrial production waste used in lithium battery new energy field. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the production cost by recycling the resource, optimizes the process, at the same time, multiple synergistic effect of metal oxide improves the electrochemical performance of the composite material. The method effectively prevents the harmful element in the industrial waste polluting the natural environment, improves the recycling efficiency of the resource. The industrial waste is prepared into new energy battery material, which greatly improves the industrial value and optimizes industrial production process.
