▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/silver-based composite contact involves (s1) coating a layer of carbon-containing layer on a silver-based contact material by applying carbon with an ordinary pencil for 10-60 seconds, and (s2) using laser radiation to ensure in-situ growth of graphene on a silver-based contact surface by irradiating the carbon-containing layer with nanosecond pulse laser under the atmosphere of inert gas or nitrogen, and cooling after laser processing. USE - Preparation of graphene/silver-based composite contact. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, and uses nanosecond pulse laser to irradiate the carbon component in the pencil core for reconstruction to form graphene, which exerts high strength, ablation resistance and ultra-high Young's modulus to the graphene film, thus improving the performance and service life of the contact material.
