▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A copper-based composite material is prepared by (1) laminating two layers of unit material using copper foil with graphene and performing hot press molding to prepare graphene-copper composite material, and (2) applying pressure of 80-120 MPa to the graphene-copper composite material by inert gas at 700-900 degrees C for hot isostatic densification processing. USE - Preparation of copper-based composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method obtains copper-based composite material which has high strength and high conductivity. The method has short flow, high efficiency, reduced production cost and saves resources and is environment-friendly.
