▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium complex, comprises reacting graphene oxide with nitrotriacetic acid to be carboxylated, and then combining with cerium ions to obtain nano-composite of graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium. USE - The graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium complex is useful for degrading mature biofilm, and removing infectious film in animal body (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium complex: eradicates drug-resistant bacterial biofilm infection through triple action of DNase-like enzyme properties, photothermal therapy and graphene broad-spectrum antibacterial infection; and has great potential for treating MDR bacterial biofilm infection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) degrading mature biofilm by using graphene oxide alkenyl nitrogen triacetatecerium complex, comprising incubating the graphene oxide alkenyl nitrogen triacetatecerium complex and biofilm on 24-well plate at 37degrees Celsius for 6-12 hours, and irradiating with near-infrared laser for 6-10 minutes; (2) use of graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium complex for removing infectious film in animal body comprising, partially inoculating the infected animal with graphene oxide-based nitrogen triacetic acid-cerium complex, and irradiating with near-infrared light 5-10 hours after inoculation.
