NOVELTY - Preparing nylon with oriented arrangement under external magnetic field condition comprises (a) preparing the nano iron oxide particles by hydrothermal method, adding aminated modified iron oxide into graphene oxide aqueous solution, centrifuging, drying to obtain the graphene/iron oxide filler, (b) ultrasonically processing the graphene/iron oxide filler and diamine in aqueous solution, reacting completely, filtering, water washing, placing in a vacuum drying box to dry to obtain the ammonium salt of carboxylic acid, (c) mixing the ammonium carboxylate and the prepolymer of nylon, placing into the mold, placing the mold in the vacuum drying box, heating to 230-250 degrees C, applying strong magnetic field to the two sides of the mold to obtain the sample and (d) placing the sample into the reaction kettle, filling protective gas, gradually increasing the temperature to 285 degrees C, continuously discharging the steam, extruding the sample and drying to obtain the nylon resin. USE - The method is useful for preparing nylon with oriented arrangement under external magnetic field condition. ADVANTAGE - The nylon have magnetic properties and rapid characteristics under magnetic conditions, so that the graphene oxide can be aligned in the nylon matrix to achieve the high thermal conductivity of nylon.
