▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene composite fibers involves preparing a source solution in which a graphene oxide sheet and a binder including a polymer are dispersed, a coagulation bath including a coagulant, and an evaporation rate control agent, spinning the source solution in the inside to obtain a graphene oxide composite fiber, and reducing composite fibers by cyclizing polymer through oxygen provided from the graphene oxide sheet. The graphene composite fibers comprise a binder comprising the cyclized polymer, between the graphene sheets. USE - Manufacture of graphene composite fibers used for wire structure (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to display, secondary battery, film-type capacitor, clothing-type electronic device, solar cell, automobile, and lighting applications. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and enables manufacture of graphene composite fibers having excellent mechanical properties, electroconductivity, and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the graphene composite fibers, which comprise the graphene fibers in which the graphene sheets are aggregated to extend in a direction, and the ( pi )-( pi ) stacked binder provided in the pores between the sheets of the fibers; and (2) a wire structure, which comprises the graphene composite fibers, and an insulator covering the fibers.
