NOVELTY - A reduction-oxidation graphene film is formed on titanium alloy sheet surface by putting surface polishing treated titanium alloy sheet into sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for immersing; putting treated titanium alloy sheet into silane solution and immersing; immersing graphene oxide powder into rare earth modifier for 2-6 hours, filtering, and drying to obtain solid graphene oxide; and triturating and adding into the mixed solvent of dimethyl formamide and water for ultrasound treatment to obtain rare earth modified graphene oxide suspension. USE - Method for forming reduction-oxidation graphene film on titanium alloy sheet surface (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is easy, inexpensive, and environment friendly. An interface of the reduction-oxidation graphene composite film combines firmly and has a low friction coefficient, and possesses a better abrasion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Forming reduction-oxidation graphene film on titanium alloy sheet surface, comprises: (A) at room temperature, putting surface polishing treated titanium alloy sheet into sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for immersing; and taking out, cleaning up, and drying; (B) putting treated titanium alloy sheet into silane solution and immersing; and taking out, washing, and drying, the silane solution prepared by preparing ethanol solution of organic silane, heating for 5-10 minutes at room temperature, and adding water, the organic silane being 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, (2-sulfhydrylpropyl)trimethoxy silane, 2-(3,4-epoxyhexanaphthene alkyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane, 2-(3,4-epoxyhexanaphthene alkyl)ethyltriethoxysilane, 3-ammonia propylmethyl dimethyldiethoxylsilane, 1,2-di(trimethoxysilyl)ethane, and 1,2-di(ethoxysilyl) ethane; (C) at room temperature, immersing graphene oxide powder into rare earth modifier for 2-6 hours, filtering, and drying to obtain solid graphene oxide; and triturating and adding into the mixed solvent of dimethyl formamide and water for ultrasound treatment to obtain rare earth modified graphene oxide suspension, the rare earth modifier comprising (mass%) rare earth mixture (0.1-2), N,N-dimethyl formamide (95-99.7), EDTA (0.05-0.5), ammonium chloride (0.1-1), and urea (0.03-1), and the rare earth compound being lanthanum chloride, cerium chloride, lanthanum oxide or cerium oxide; and (D) adding the titanium alloy sheet into the rare earth modified graphene oxide suspension, constant temperature water bath heating, taking out and washing, and vacuum heating drying.
