▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves heat-treating one side of the first substrate. The first substrate (160) is formed into an anti-static layer (170) consisting of the graphene thin film. The second substrate is attached to the first substrate. The graphene thin film is formed into several layers so that the permeability of the anti-static layer exceeds preset value. An organic LED is formed on the thin film transistor of the first substrate. The rotating speed of spin coating apparatus is done at 1300-1800 RPM. The graphene oxide solution is formed into the graphene oxide thin film. USE - Method for manufacturing display device (claimed) e.g. flat-panel display device, LCD device, plasma display device and organic electroluminescent display device. ADVANTAGE - The cost of the display device can be reduced by simplifying the structure of the display device. The efficiency of the display device can be improved. The uniformity of the thin film can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for display device.
