▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Separation and purification of rhamnolipid comprises preparing graphene oxide, performing cationic modification on graphene oxide to obtain cationic modified graphene oxide and adding cationic modified graphene oxide to fermentation broth for adsorption. USE - The method is for separation and purification of rhamnolipid. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has large adsorption capacity and good selectivity for rhamnolipid and improves purity of rhamnolipid after desorption.
