NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/metal nanoparticle composite material involves oxidizing natural flaky graphite, pre-treating the oxidized graphite, dissolving the pretreated graphite in distilled water and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain graphene oxide dispersion solution, adding the obtained solution to a chemical plating solution containing metal salt and carrying out reduction process. USE - Preparation of graphene/metal nanoparticle composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene/metal nanoparticle composite material with controlled size.
