NOVELTY - Bio-based stabilized graphene derivative involves subjecting graphene oxide to ultrasonic dispersion in water in mass ratio 1:250-500 and adjusting pH to 9-10 to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide. The zwitterionic silanization agent is dissolved in water in mass ratio 1:10-30 to obtain an aqueous solution of zwitterionic silanization reagent. USE - Bio-based stabilized graphene derivative used as medicine carrier to aromatic drug (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Bio-based stabilized graphene derivative involves subjecting graphene oxide to ultrasonic dispersion in water in mass ratio 1:250-500 and adjusting pH to 9-10 to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide. The zwitterionic silanization agent is dissolved in water in mass ratio 1:10-30 to obtain an aqueous solution of zwitterionic silanization reagent. The aqueous solution of the zwitterionic silanization reagent is added drop-wise to the aqueous solution of the graphene oxide, stirred at 25-80 degrees C for 3-24 hours, carried out in a dialysis bag with 8000-14,000 molecular weight, dialyzed for 6-12 hours and freeze-dried to obtain bio-based stabilized graphene derivative. The mass ratio of aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide and zwitterionic silanization reagent is 1:0.5-2.5. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) method for preparing graphene oxide, which involves mixing nano-graphite powder with concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring for 6-12 hours, adding potassium permanganate at 0-20 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, raising the temperature to 35-45 degrees C for 20-40 minutes, raising the temperature to 85-95 degrees C for 85-95 minutes, adding water A, raising the temperature to 100-105 degrees C for 20-30 minutes, adding water B and 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution, centrifuging, washing by 5 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution and de-ionized water till the supernatant is neutral, freeze-drying to obtain graphene oxide, where volume dosage of the concentrated sulfuric acid to mass of the nanometer graphite powder is 20 millliter per gram, ratio of nano-graphite powder to potassium permanganate is 3.32:1 and volume ratio of concentrated sulfuric acid, water A, water B and 30 wt.% hydrogen peroxide solution are 10:23:70:5; (2) a method for preparing sulfonic acid betaine-trimethoxy-type silylating agent, which involves reacting 1,3-propanesultone in the material liquid in mass ratio 1:6-8, dissolving in anhydrous acetone in the ice bath with nitrogen protection conditions, dropping silanization reagent, stirring for 6 hours, centrifuging to obtain white precipitate with anhydrous acetone, drying in vacuum to obtain sulfonic acid betaine-trimethoxy-type silylating agent, where ratio of 1,3-propanesultone to silanization reagent is 1:1 and silylating agent is N,N-dimethylaminopropyl trimethoxysilane; and (3) a method for reacting aromatic drug to bio-based stabilized graphene derivative, which involves dispersing bio-based stabilized graphene derivative in de-ionized water A, adding an aromatic drug, reacting at room temperature stirring for 3-12 hours, dialyzing in dialysis bag with 8000-14000 molecular weight in de-ionized water B for 6 to 12 hours to obtain a complex dispersion of an aromatic drug and a biologically stable graphene derivative, where amount of deionized water A to bio-based stabilized graphene derivative is 300-700 milliliter per gram and amount of bio-based stabilized graphene derivative to aromatic drug is 1:0.25-0.5.
