NOVELTY - Synthesis of hydroxyalkyltriethylenediamine compound (I) involves adding a monosubstituted dihydroxyalkylpiperazine derivative, and one of polar solvents having a dielectric constant of greater than 10 to a reaction vessel, using solid phosphorylated graphene as a catalyst, heating at 100-300 degrees C and 1-10 MPa under nitrogen atmosphere, stirring and reacting for 1-5 hours, cooling to 30-60 degrees C, centrifuging and separating the catalyst and reaction solution, and subjecting the reaction solution to vacuum distillation. USE - Synthesis of hydroxyalkyltriethylenediamine compound. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, reaches dihydroxyalkylpiperazine derivative conversion rate of 95%, and has product selectivity of more than 90%. The catalyst can be recycled.
