▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The apparatus has a composite material located within a casing, where the composite material includes conductive particles. The composite material alters an internal impedance based on a surface disturbance transmitted by an acoustic wave, where the apparatus is coupled to a surface that transmits the acoustic wave. A cover is located over an open face of the casing, and is in contact with the material and an interior side of the apparatus. The cover includes a membrane layer overlying the material, and mechanically protects the material. A hole acoustically tunes the apparatus, and electrodes enable the internal impedance to be determined. The material includes a viscoelastic polymer. USE - Microphone apparatus for use in a mobile device (claimed), i.e. mobile phone, for audio recording and capture within a holeless mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The number and dimensions of the holes in an implementation employing traditional microphones and loudspeakers reduces the airflow path between the transducer and the surrounding environments and increases transmission losses which leads to low signal to noise ratio (SNR) microphone recordings and distorted audio playback. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a mobile device with an inertial measurement sensor or vibration sensor; and (2) a method for a microphone apparatus. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a side view of a microphone. Microphone (171) Polymer membrane (201) Wall (203) Graphene putty (205) Air gap (303)
