USE - Neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material. ADVANTAGE - The neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material has simple and easy to control preparation, stable quality, good corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and good machinability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnetic material comprising weighing the raw materials, smelting ingot other than graphene, copper and aluminum, heat treating, hydrogen explosion crushing, absorbing hydrogen, airflow grinding, obtaining neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) alloy powder, where graphene is nano-graphene, copper is nano-copper powder, and aluminum is nano-aluminum powder, resonant acoustic mixing nano-graphene, nano-copper powder, nano-aluminum powder, and NdFeB alloy powder, uniformly mixing under vacuum or inert gas protection, orienting in a magnetic field, pressing into green body, subjecting to isostatic pressing, discharge plasma sintering and carrying out three-stage tempering heat treatment.
