The polymer comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-12 pts. wt. ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block polyether, 6-15 pts. wt. active agent zinc oxide, 4-15 pts. wt. plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, 4-15 pts. wt. anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, 9-16 pts. wt. reinforcing agent phenolic resin, 12-20 pts. wt. plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, 3-10 pts. wt. N,N'-diethylthiourea,. 1,3-diphenylguanidine, and sulfur. USE - Graphene/polymer composite material sealing ring (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene/polymer composite material sealing ring has high strength and excellent temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/polymer composite material sealing ring comprises polymer as substrate and 0.06-18 pts. wt. graphene as filler. The polymer comprises 100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-12 pts. wt. ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block polyether, 6-15 pts. wt. active agent zinc oxide, 4-15 pts. wt. plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, 4-15 pts. wt. anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, 9-16 pts. wt. reinforcing agent phenolic resin, 12-20 pts. wt. plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, 3-10 pts. wt. N,N'-diethylthiourea, 3-10 pts. wt. 1,3-diphenylguanidine, and 0.6-1.2 pts. wt. sulfur. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method of graphene/polymer composite material sealing ring, which involves (1) adding graphene into alcohol solution in mass ratio of 1:10-1:50 to prepare suspension liquid, and ultrasonically dispersing using ultrasonic dispersing machine to prepare graphene uniform solution, (2) adding nitrile rubber, plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block polyether, active agent zinc oxide and sulfur to a grinding machine for grinding, and grinding for 25-36 hours, (3) adding the mixture obtained by grinding to the graphene uniform solution obtained in the step (1) to obtain mixed solution, (4) adding the mixed solution in the step (3) to a closed rubber mixing machine, mixing for 2 minutes, adding plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, anti-aging agent 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, reinforcing agent phenolic resin, plasticizer dicyclohexyl phthalate, N,N'-diethylthiourea and 1,3-diphenylguanidine, mixing at 85-105 degrees C for 2 hours, heating at 185-200 degrees C and at speed of 10 degrees C/minute, punch forming, and naturally cooling, (5) placing the sheet in step (4) into a mold, placing the mold into a vulcanizing machine, and vulcanizing at 120-170 degrees C and 10-30 MPa for 1-2 hours, and (6) releasing the pressure, demolding, naturally cooling to room temperature, and trimming.
