NOVELTY - Preparing fluorinated ethylene carbonate by direct fluorination of ethylene carbonate comprises adding dehydrated ethylene carbonate and supported catalyst into reactor, stirring and adjusting to set temperature, where supported catalyst is graphene catalyst loaded with metal palladium and iron, feeding fluorine gas into reactor, reacting with ethylene carbonate to form fluorinated ethylene carbonate, and during feeding process of fluorine gas, adding organic base as reaction auxiliary agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing fluorinated ethylene carbonate by direct fluorination of ethylene carbonate. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has high conversion rate, high selectivity and low content of double-fluoro ethylene carbonate impurity, and is good for improving product quality.
