NOVELTY - Preparing high temperature resistant electric heating device based on a transparent conductive film comprises (a) preparing nickel-based metal transparent conductive material on a high temperature resistant transparent substrate by a self-assembly template-metal deposition method, (b) introducing a carbon nanotube film by coating on the basis of the nickel-based metal transparent conductive material, (c) preparing graphene film on the nickel-based metal transparent conductive material to obtain a metal-graphene/carbon nanotube composite transparent conductive film, and carrying out encapsulation process. USE - Method for preparing high temperature resistant electrothermal device based on transparent conductive film used in northern clean energy application and atmospheric pollution treatment of country. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high temperature-resistant electrothermal device that has high transmission rate, high optical transmittance, and excellent optical transparency.
