▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sensor comprises graphene oxide that is combined at N-terminal of peptide having 28 amino acid (SEQ ID NO: 1), given in the specification, where C-terminal of peptide is combined with dye. USE - Sensor for detecting botulinum poison (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sensor performs detection and carry out proteolytic reaction in rapid manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing sensor, which involves carrying out oxidation of graphite to synthesize graphene oxide; carrying out carboxylation of obtained graphene oxide; utilizing (1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride) (EDC) with carboxylic group formed in carboxylated graphene oxide, and carrying out oxidation reaction to couple it at N-terminal of peptide; and (2) combining dye at C-terminal of peptide, and washing it to remove un-reacted substance to obtain final product; and (3) a method for detecting botulinum poison, which involves reacting sensor with botulinum poison, and measuring change in fluorescence signal.
