NOVELTY - Preparing graphene antibacterial meltblown fabric involves: (1) preparing modified polypropylene resin by putting silicon dioxide into a vacuum drying oven, vacuum drying, weighing nano silicon dioxide, adding to a 500 ml three-necked flask, then adding toluene, stirring, weighing 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, adding to a clean and dry three-necked flask, shaking and dispersing, placing the mixed solution in a water bath reflux reaction device, reacting, cleaning, filtering and drying, finally mixing the fully dried modified and unmodified nano silicon dioxide to get mixed nano silicon dioxide, evenly mixing the mixed nano silicon dioxide and polypropylene slices, then putting into a twin-screw blending extruder, winding and cutting pellets to obtain modified polypropylene resin pellets; and (2) weighing modified polypropylene resin obtained in step (1), polyethylene terephthalate, titanium dioxide, graphene material, zinc oxide, dispersant, stabilizer and additive. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene antibacterial meltblown fabric, which is useful for processing and preparing medical surgical mask (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and large-scale industrial preparation of graphene antibacterial meltblown fabric with high efficiency, excellent antibacterial property and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene antibacterial meltblown fabric involves: (1) preparing modified polypropylene resin by putting silicon dioxide into a vacuum drying oven, vacuum drying at 125-135 degrees C for 8-10 hours, weighing 10 g nano silicon dioxide, adding to a 500 ml three-necked flask, then adding 250-300 ml toluene, evenly stirring with a magnetic stirrer, weighing 5-6 %mass 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, adding to a clean and dry three-necked flask, using an ultrasonic mixer to shake and disperse for 15-20 minutes, placing the mixed solution in a water bath reflux reaction device, reacting at 100 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours, cleaning with absolute ethanol, filtering and drying, finally mixing the fully dried modified and unmodified nano silicon dioxide at a molar ratio of 1:1 to get mixed nano silicon dioxide, evenly mixing the mixed nano silicon dioxide and polypropylene slices, then putting into a twin-screw blending extruder, adjusting the parameters of the extruder, winding and cutting pellets to obtain modified polypropylene resin pellets; (2) weighing 50-60 pts. wt. modified polypropylene resin obtained in step (1), 18-30 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (A), 25-35 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate (B), 15-18 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 6-15 pts. wt. graphene material, 3-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer and 1-2 pts. wt. additive; (3) mixing by sequentially adding the above-mentioned raw materials in step (2) to a mixer for mixing, where the mixing temperature is 40-60 degrees C, and the mixing time is 30-40 minutes; (4) carrying out melt extrusion by quantitatively feeding the mixture obtained in step (3) into a screw extruder, and heating to form a melt; (5) filtering by filtering the heated melt through a double piston filter device, which is a composite filter consisting of 5 layers of filter mesh, where the number of surface layers is low, the mesh number of the two surface layer filters gradually increases toward the mesh number of the middle layer filter, and the middle layer has the highest mesh number, and collecting the filtered melt; (6) spinning by accurately metering the melt obtained in step (5) by a metering pump, then introducing into a special melt distribution cavity, rectifying, then entering to a spinning melt tank, spraying the spinning melt into a filament through a spinning micro-hole, and obtaining ultrafine fibers under jet stretching of high-speed hot air flow, where the monofilament diameter of superfine fiber is 0.8-1.5 mm; and (7) cutting, packaging and sealing by cutting the meltblown fabric prepared in step (6) into small widths according to the specified size, winding into a roll, finally packaging and sealing the meltblown fabric.
