NOVELTY - A graphene laminate comprises substrate (10), polymer layer (20) having electron withdrawing group, and graphene layer (30). USE - Graphene laminate is used for electrode or conductive thin film for electronic component e.g. transistor, laser device, touch panel, organic light-emitting device, solar cell and secondary battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene laminate has reduced surface resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of graphene laminate; (2) electrode or conductive thin film; and (3) electric component.
