▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Glass fiber impregnating compound comprises 2.5-10.5 wt.% active components and water, where the active component comprises 7-19 wt.% silane coupling agent, 3-8 wt.% lubricant, 59-87 wt.% film-forming agent, 2-10 wt.% dispersant, and 1-4 wt.% pH regulator, the film-forming agent comprises nano-material modified epoxy emulsion, and unsaturated polyester emulsion, and the mass ratio of nano-material modified epoxy emulsion, and unsaturated polyester emulsion is 1:1-1:4. USE - The glass fiber product is useful in the field of automobile manufacturing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The compound: has high mechanical property, has good compatibility with the target polyester resin, and has high mechanical properties; and can produce glass fiber yarn having high breaking strength of its own glass fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the impregnating compound comprising (a) adding pH regulator to water for pre-dispersing to prepare solution, (b) dispersing silane coupling agent in solution obtained in the step (a), (c) pre-dissolving lubricant and dispersant separately, and adding to solution, and (d) diluting the nano-material modified epoxy emulsion with nano-material modified epoxy emulsion (5-10 times), diluting the unsaturated polyester emulsion with unsaturated polyester emulsion (7-12 times), then sequentially adding diluted nano-material modified epoxy emulsion and unsaturated polyester emulsion to the solution obtained in the step (c), and mixing uniformly; and (2) glass fiber product produced by coating glass fiber impregnating compound.
