NOVELTY - A high strength boride based cermet liner comprises 20-30 pts. wt. titanium boride, 70-90 pts. wt. chromium boride, 20-24 pts. wt. molybdenum iron powder, 2-8 pts. wt. tin powder, 3-8 pts. wt. hard pillar powder, 3-11 pts. wt. corundum powder, 10-20 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth powder, 3-8 pts. wt. graphene, 2-6 pts. wt. ferric citrate, 3-11 pts. wt. stainless steel powder and 12-16 pts. wt. synthetic wax. USE - High strength boride based cermet liner (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high strength boride based cermet liner has high strength, has excellent wear resistance, impact resistance and chemical corrosion resistance properties, has low temperature toughness characteristics and excellent processing performance, and is prepared by simple process at low cost, with easily controllable parameters.
