▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyurethane material comprises (i) adding surfactant into mixed solution of water and lipophilic solvent and stirring to obtain stable emulsion; (ii) adding 3 emulsion into reaction kettle, adding ammonium chain alkyl sulfolactone polymer to obtain mixed solution A, adding sulfur-containing amino acid and initiator into mixed solution, inserting ultraviolet lamp to obtain mixed solution B, subjecting mixed solution B to acetone/ether precipitation to obtain polymer containing amino groups; (iii) adding graphene oxide into water, dispersing to obtain oxidized graphite dispersion, ultrasonic peeling graphite oxide dispersion to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding reducing agent into graphene oxide dispersion, stirring, heating, and drying to obtain high dispersibility graphite alkene powder; and (iv) taking polymer containing amino groups, toluene diisocyanate, polycarbonate polyurethane, organic solvent and high dispersible graphene powder, and polymerizing. USE - The material is useful for polyurethane sponge (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material ensures water permeability of polyurethane sponge while enhancing performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyurethane material comprises (i) adding 4-7 g surfactant into mixed solution of water and lipophilic solvent and stirring to obtain stable emulsion; (ii) adding 3-6 ml emulsion into reaction kettle, adding 10-20 mg ammonium chain alkyl sulfolactone polymer to obtain mixed solution A, adding 5-10 mg sulfur-containing amino acid and 0.1-0.4 mg initiator into the mixed solution, inserting ultraviolet lamp into the reaction kettle, filling with nitrogen, discharging air, opening the ultraviolet light for 6-9 minutes with 30-60 W to obtain mixed solution B, subjecting mixed solution B to acetone/ether precipitation to obtain polymer containing amino groups; (iii) adding graphene oxide into water, uniformly stirring and dispersing to obtain oxidized graphite dispersion, ultrasonic peeling the graphite oxide dispersion for 8-12 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding reducing agent into the graphene oxide dispersion, uniformly stirring and dispersing, heating to 38-42degrees Celsius, refluxing for 22-26 hours, centrifuging and separating, introducing into ultra-high pressure micro-jet homogenizer to obtain partially reduced graphene, placing reduced graphene in the device capable of generating 10000V/m electric field strength, and placing the device into the microwave drying device, and drying for 55-70 seconds to obtain high dispersibility graphite alkene powder; and (iv) taking 45-55 mg polymer containing amino groups, 25-35 mg toluene diisocyanate, 0.8-1.2 g polycarbonate polyurethane, 3-8 ml organic solvent and 4-7 g high dispersible graphene powder, polymerizing at 85-95degrees Celsius under the action of catalyst for 45-55 minutes to obtain amphoteric ion polymer modified polyurethane material.
