▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a electrocatalytic hydrophilic/hydrophobic/hydrophilic sandwich structure conductive distillation membrane involves (a) using the hydrophobic polyimide porous insulating film as the substrate, and sequentially performing activation, cleaning and drying pretreatment on the surface of the substrate, (b) depositing an electrocatalytic hydrophilic layer on one surface of the pretreated hydrophobic polyimide porous insulating film, and (c) depositing an insulating hydrophilic layer on the other surface of the pretreated hydrophobic polyimide porous insulating film. USE - The method is used for preparing a electrocatalytic hydrophilic/hydrophobic/hydrophilic sandwich structure conductive distillation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the energy consumption of the distillation membrane during use, ensures that the distillation membrane maintains a long-lasting high permeation flux and increases shelf-life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using the electrocatalytic hydrophilic/hydrophobic/hydrophilic sandwich structure conductive distillation membrane comprising placing the electrocatalytic hydrophilic layer on the material liquid side, placing the hydrophilic insulating layer on the water production side, and heating the hydrophilic conductive layer, and placing the purging cooling air flow on the water production side to maintain the temperature difference between the material liquid side and the water production side at 5-50degrees Celsius.
