NOVELTY - The method for preparing aqueous paint involves (a) adding butyl acrylate monomer, methacrylic acid monomer, styrene monomer, organosiloxane monomer, polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether emulsifier, ammonium persulfate as initiator and deionized water to reactor, cooling, adding aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH value and stopping the stirring to obtain silicon hydroxyl-modified acrylate-styrene-acrylic emulsion, (b) adding silicon hydroxyl-modified acrylate-styrene-acrylic emulsion, acrylic-modified fluorocarbon resin emulsion and epoxy resin-modified silicone-acrylic emulsion to water, adding metal organic skeleton material loaded with dopamine and dispersing in a ball mill to obtain a product (i), and (c) adding deionized water to a reactor, heating, stirring and adding product (i), polyethylene glycol, modified graphene, highly-reflective component, core-shell insulation component, anti-rust pigment, pigment and filler and amine-modified epoxy resin curing agent to reactor. USE - Method is useful for preparing aqueous paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of the aqueous paint with excellent mechanical property, performance characteristics, adhesive force, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and high-temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method for preparing aqueous paint involves (a) adding 20-40 pts. wt. butyl acrylate monomer, 5-15 pts. wt. methacrylic acid monomer, 5-15 pts. wt. styrene monomer, 25-75 pts. wt. organosiloxane monomer, 3-12 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether emulsifier, 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. ammonium persulfate as initiator and 200-400 pts. wt. deionized water to a reactor, cooling to 30-50 degrees C, adding 0.5-2 pts. wt. aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH value of the system to 8-9 and stopping the stirring to obtain silicon hydroxyl-modified acrylate-styrene-acrylic emulsion, (b) adding 40-80 pts. wt. silicon hydroxyl-modified acrylate-styrene-acrylic emulsion, 40-80 pts. wt. acrylic-modified fluorocarbon resin emulsion and 40-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin-modified silicone-acrylic emulsion to 100-200 pts. wt. water, adding 10-50 pts. wt. metal organic skeleton material loaded with dopamine and dispersing in a ball mill for 1-3 hours to obtain a product (i), and (c) adding 100-300 pts. wt. deionized water to a reactor, heating at 35-45 degrees C in a water bath, stirring at 600-800 rpm, adding the product (i), 15-25 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 4-8 pts. wt. modified graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. highly-reflective component, 5-15 pts. wt. core-shell insulation components, 6-12 pts. wt. anti-rust pigment, 15-25 pts. wt. pigment filler and 40-60 pts. wt. amine-modified epoxy resin curing agent to the reactor, stirring the mixture at 35-45 degrees C for 3-5 hours, adding a pH adjuster to adjust the pH value to 8-10 and adding water to adjust the viscosity to obtain the aqueous paint. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for aqueous paint prepared by the above method.
