NOVELTY - A polymer film comprises a substrate film (CC), a polymer layer (AA) comprising polymer (P1) having an alcohol-based repeating unit (I) and an alkali ion-attached graphene oxide, provided on the substrate film, and a polymer layer (BB) comprising a polymer (P2) having a dichloro repeating unit (II), provided on the layer (AA). USE - Polymer film. Uses include but are not limited to electronic product, display device, food packaging material and vacuum thermal insulator. ADVANTAGE - The polymer film has excellent flexibility, transparency, moisture and gas-barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A polymer film comprises a substrate film, a polymer layer (AA) comprising polymer (P1) having an alcohol-based repeating unit of formula (I) and an alkali ion-attached graphene oxide, provided on the substrate film, and a polymer layer (BB) comprising a polymer (P2) having a dichloro repeating unit of formula (II), provided on the layer (AA). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of polymer film, which involves coating the solution (S1) on a base film, drying to form a polymer layer (AA), coating the solution (S2) on the layer (BB) and drying. The solution (S1) is prepared by mixing alkali ion-attached graphene oxide dispersion solution with polymer (P1) solution. The solution (S2) is prepared by mixing reduced graphene oxide dispersion solution with polymer (P2) solution.
