▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Recycling nickel cobalt catalyst comprises (i) soaking the waste catalyst containing nickel and cobalt in sulfuric acid to obtain the liquid with nickel ion and cobalt ion; (ii) adding chitosan-graphene porous adsorption material into the liquid obtained, where the mass ratio of chitosan-graphene porous adsorbent material and liquid obtained is (0.05-0.1):10; (iii) stirring for 5-8 hours for the amino adsorption of chitosan-graphene porous adsorption material nickel ion and cobalt ion; and (iv) heating the mixed system from 55-65℃, adsorbing the nickel ions and cobalt ions on the chitosan-graphene porous adsorption material, replacing the cobalt ions adsorbed on the chitosan-graphene porous adsorption material by nickel ions, and separating the nickel ions and cobalt ions in the liquid phase selectively. USE - The method is useful for recycling nickel cobalt catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method: utilizes chitosan to selectively adsorb nickel and cobalt ion which separates miscible nickel and cobalt ion and repeats the process which is beneficial to the enrichment of the two materials in the solid phase and the liquid phase respectively.
