NOVELTY - A solvent-free graphene-polyurethane self-repairing material is prepared by preparing graphene nitromethylpyrrolidone solution, ultrasonicating, centrifuging, taking supernatant, adding polytetrahydrofuran, stirring, heating and stirring to obtain concentrated graphene-polytetrahydrofuran slurry, drying to obtain graphene masterbatch, dispersing in polytetrahydrofuran solution, ultrasonicating, transferring into dry three-necked flask, stirring, adding 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, stirring and reacting to form isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, ice bath cooling, adding furfurylamine, adjusting to room temperature, reacting to obtain furan ring-terminated prepolymer, adding maleimide, stirring and reacting, cooling, stirring, adding anhydrous ether, washing to obtain graphene-polyurethane self-healing prepolymer, and drying. USE - Method for preparing solvent-free graphene-polyurethane self-repairing material. ADVANTAGE - The product has improved self-repair efficiency and repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A solvent-free graphene-polyurethane self-repairing material is prepared by preparing 1 L of 0.5-2.0% graphene nitromethylpyrrolidone solution, ultrasonicating at power of 350-480 W for 24-36 hours, centrifuging at rate of 3000 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 50 minutes, taking supernatant, adding 30-300 g polytetrahydrofuran, stirring at rate of 600-1000 rpm for 1-2 hours, heating and stirring at 200degrees Celsius at rate of 600-1000 rpm for 4-5 hours to obtain concentrated graphene-polytetrahydrofuran slurry, drying at 60-70degrees Celsius for 3-4 days to obtain graphene masterbatch, dispersing in polytetrahydrofuran solution, ultrasonicating at power of 300 W for 1-2 hours, transferring into dry three-necked flask, stirring at rate of 1000 rpm for 5-10 minutes under nitrogen atmosphere, adding 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate according to the molar ratio of 2:1, starting timing after all additions are completed, stirring and reacting under nitrogen atmosphere at 60degrees Celsius at rate of 800 rpm for 2.5-4 hours to form isocyanate-terminated prepolymer, ice bath cooling to 0degrees Celsius, adding furfurylamine according to weight ratio of 1:1, adjusting to room temperature, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere for 30-40 minutes to obtain furan ring-terminated prepolymer, adding maleimide, stirring and reacting at rate of 400 rpm at 60degrees Celsius for 24 hours, cooling, stirring at rate of 400 rpm, adding anhydrous ether, washing 3 times to obtain graphene-polyurethane self-healing prepolymer, and drying at 60-70degrees Celsius for 3-4 days.
