▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphite nanostructure comprises two probes system that includes a left region, a right region, and a central region. The left and right nanoelectrodes are constructed from lithium atomic chains while the central region is constructed from D-shaped graphene nano-antidot. The leads are semi-infinite, made up of ballistic and conducting lithium nanoelectrodes, and each of the nanoelectrodes acts as a source and drain for the calculation of the electronic transmission. USE - Graphite nanostructure for presenting spin-dependent transport properties. ADVANTAGE - The graphite nanostructure allows only one type of spin to flow under the influence of an electric field or the gating and thus gives complete control over the spin polarization of current. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows the schematic view of the graphene nanostructure with asymmetric edges and a hollow dot at the center, which show spin transport.
