NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite material involves mixing metal matrix, fine carbon-type filler and disperse-mixed graphene oxide (4), pressurizing the mixed powder, and sintering molded product. USE - Manufacture of composite material (claimed) used for thermal radiator e.g. heat sink used in electrical machinery component. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is manufactured efficiently with excellent thermal conductivity.
