NOVELTY - Biomimetic nano-delivery system loaded with bufatalin comprises graphene quantum dots, anticancer drugs, photothermal agents and biomimetic membranes, the anticancer drug is bufatalin, and the photothermal agent is indocyanine green. USE - The biomimetic nano-delivery system loaded with bufatalin is useful for preparation of heat/chemotherapy combined targeted gastric cancer treatment nanomedicine (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biomimetic nano-delivery system: can induce apoptosis of gastric cancer cells and realize ablation of most tumors; can deliver anti-cancer drugs in a targeted and release-controlled manner, and realize multi-therapy for gastric cancer in combination with photothermal therapy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing biomimetic nano-delivery system loaded with bufatalin, comprising (i) ultrasonically disrupting collected red blood cell membrane and gastric cancer cell membrane, and preparing biomimetic membrane by stirring reaction in phosphate buffer saline, (ii) adding 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide to the graphene quantum dots aqueous solution respectively, and stirring to activate the carboxyl groups of the graphene quantum dots, adding NH2-PEG2000-NH2 to the solution, stirring at room temperature in the dark, obtaining PEG-modified graphene quantum dots by dialysis, (iii) adding indocyanine green aqueous solution to the buffer of PEG-modified graphene quantum dots, stirring at room temperature in the dark, and dialyzing to obtain indocyanine green-loaded graphene quantum dots, adding bufatalin to the obtained indocyanine green-loaded graphene quantum dot solution, stirring and dialysis to obtain nano-delivery system loaded with bufataxel and indocyanine green, and (iv) mixing the nano-delivery system loaded with bufatalin and indocyanine green with the biomimetic membrane obtained in step (i) in water bath away from light, and centrifugally dispersing to obtain biomimetic nano-delivery system loaded with bufatalin.
