NOVELTY - The preparation method of cobalt tetrachloride/graphene oxide/multi-stage carbon electrode material involves (i) preparing graphene oxide, (ii) weighing graphene oxide, adding deionized water, and dispersing to obtain graphene solution, adding tripotassium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, and urea to obtain a mixture (A), ultrasonically processing, stirring, transferring the mixture (A) into a reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting, naturally cooling, removing, collecting solid product, drying, calcining, cooling to room temperature, and calcining in air. USE - Preparation of cobalt tetrachloride/graphene oxide/multi-stage carbon electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of cobalt tetrachloride/graphene oxide/multi-stage carbon electrode material easily by simple process with excellent performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of cobalt tetrachloride/graphene oxide/multi-stage carbon electrode material involves (i) preparing graphene oxide, (ii) weighing graphene oxide, adding deionized water, uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene solution, adding tripotassium ethylenediaminetetraacetate, cobalt nitrate hexahydrate, and urea to obtain a mixture (A), ultrasonically processing, stirring, transferring the mixture (A) into a reaction kettle, hydrothermally reacting, naturally cooling, removing, collecting solid product, drying, calcining the dried solid product in an inert gas protection atmosphere, cooling to room temperature, and calcining in air to obtain a calcined product, washing the calcined product with hot water, and drying.
