NOVELTY - High-strength and high-conductivity copper rod comprises 0.08-0.37 wt.% chromium, 0.05-0.25 wt.% nickel, 0 10-0.26 wt.% aluminum, 0.18 -0:0.38 wt.% molybdenum, 0.18-0.35 wt% graphene, 0.20-0.50 wt.% phosphorus, 0.20-0.50 wt.% boron and copper (remaining amount). USE - High strength and high conductive copper rod is used for manufacturing precise instrument, parts of ship and bullet shell of gun, air conditioner pipe, refrigerator pipe, machine oil pipe and mechanical matched materials. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-strength high-conductivity copper rod with low resistivity and high strength. The texture of the copper is soft, direct application is easy to occur deformation, chromium and nickel can improve the hardness of the synthetic copper rod, keeping the original ductility of copper, so that the processing performance of copper rod is improved, and the content of chromium, nickel is less, will not cause too great influence to the conductivity of the metal rod. The chemical property of the molybdenum is stable and the hardness is high, dispersing in the copper mother phase can further improve the strength of the metallic rod, boron improves the strength and heat resistance of the rod, phosphorus is melted and mixed with metal elements i.e. copper.
